Lubricated & Wear Resistant Compounds for Smooth-Running Engineering Applications

Smoothblend® wear resistant compounds deliver superb lubricity by incorporating PTFE, silicone and/or aramid fiber for applications requiring stringent wear resistance. The compounds can also be formulated with reinforcing and/or mineral fillers to meet mechanical and thermal requirements. Smoothblend® is made from engineering thermoplastics such as POM, PC, PA6, PA6/6 and PPO, helping reduce frequent external lubrication while delivering durable, reliable performance and corrosion resistance.
